May 4 - 7 th 2011, Floreal congress center, Blankenberge, Belgium

The Belgian Association of Neuroscience Nurses, in collaboration with the European Association of Neuroscience Nurses, invites you to participate

in the 9th EANN Congress in Blankenberge, Belgium.

The EANN congress 2011 – North sea Congress – “A Bright Spot in the Grey Matter” will cover all aspects of neuroscience nursing, clinical research,

education, professional development and clinical practice, which will be presented in oral sessions, poster sessions and workshops. Multidisciplinary sessions are also planned.

Neuroscience nurses and professionals from other related disciplines are invited to submit abstracts for a presentation at the Congress.

Presentations can be:

  • An oral presentation (20 minutes presentation and 10 minutes for questions/discussion).
  •  A workshop or a panel discussion (90 minutes – introduce the topic and facilitate a small group discussion; groups will be restricted to about 20/25 people).
  • A poster (photographs/art work and brief supporting written explanation). Maximum size of poster will be limited to 1.2 m x 1.2 m. The presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their posters. During the breaks, presenters must remain in front of the poster to give references for the approaching delegates.

And although this congress is focusing on nursing, EANN emphatically invites representatives of other disciplines to participate and present as well.

All information can be found on www.eann.net or www.eann2011.com

Abstract submission is open from 15 September 2009 – 15 September 2010.
